Increasing Company's profitability by bringing in business through business development initiatives.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Interact with the clients and ensure their satisfaction at all levels
- Responsible for Bids/Tenders etc.
- Preparing and delivering proposal presentation.
- Co-ordinate the preparation of contracts with the Legal team.
- Participate in the contract terms negotiations.
- Commercial Negotiation /Prepare Business Plan
- Prepare win/loss analysis

- Generate leads through cold calling, ads and email campaigns

- Prepare Risk and Mitigation kits.
- Respond to RFP/RPIs in short turn-around times.
- Train the Sales Team in technology and software services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholder in a timely and clear fashion.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Risk assessment and reporting
- Provides expert technical leadership to the development team
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
- Plan, track and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.(MS Project)
Qualification:
- A minimum of ten years' experience in management of software projects.
- PMP certification is mandatory
- A background combining post-graduate education, hands-on design or development experience, and project management at a senior level, including experience in managing the business aspects of software projects, leadership and coaching skills.
- Experience in handling aerospace and MRO Projects
