The process helps us to take a quick sneak into your requirements. You can provide us some preliminary information and our Client Relationship Team will be there to assist you in 6 hours’ time. Please go through our service engagement model page to understand what model will match with your requirement. In general the engagement can be through Resource Augmentation Model, Managed Services Model, Hybrid Model or Staffing Model. Our Client relationship team will be available on chat as well as on call. According to your requirements together we will decide the model and move to the next level of engagement.
Once you have selected the engagement model then GSTi website will guide you through the requirement elicitation, processes and the technical/commercial proposal stages. Once you provide some basic details and agree to the terms and conditions provided in the “Request A Quote” section, you will be sent a proposal in PDF format.
Once the proposal template sent to you have been verified and approved, you can quickly activate your internet and click the approve link in the proposal document that will enable you to upload the proposal. If incase you have any comments then please click on the comments link and enter your comments. Once the proposal has been approved a Service Agreement will be sent to your mail id for your kind perusal. Once the service agreement has been signed and uploaded then a GSTi CRM id will be provided to you for your project tracking. The project tracking section will provide you the complete information on the agreed kick-off date, who’s who in the project, their respective tasks, additional resource requests, project feedbacks etc.
